HIGH TECH GYMNASTICS

Boys Gymnastics:
High Tech’s boys’ gymnastics classes consist of training on parallel bars, horizontal bar, still rings, floor exercise, pommel horse, vault, and trampoline. Students will experience pride in personal accomplishments as they master skills in each exercise. Special attention is given to each child so that he can develop to his maximum potential.
 

Girls Gymnastics:
High Tech’s girls’ gymnastics classes consist of training on all four Olympic events for women: uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and vault. Our classes follow the USA Gymnastics Program’s skills progression curriculum and are taught in a fun environment. Students learn quickly from individualized instruction.

 
Tumbling:
Tumbling classes at High Tech Gymnastics concentrate on tumbling skills that can easily be incorporated into middle school and high school cheer routines or adapted to competitive cheer. At High Tech Gymnastics we utilize teaching techniques that are generally safer than those found at cheer leading schools. Classes are taught on a competition size gymnastics spring floor, and trampolines are used as a training aid for advanced skills.
